Adoption Fees

$200 for kittens up to one year
$160 for cats over one year

All cats have been:

-  Spayed/neutered
-  FVRCP vaccinated
-  FeLV tested (FeLV/FIV for adults)
-  Dewormed
-  Flea treated
-  Microchipped

Evelyn is young but her personality is very relaxed and laid back .

she’d lived outside her whole life  and avoided trapping to spay her until recently. The kind lady who was feeding her slowly gained her trust so we could get her to be spayed. This young girl has had at least a couple litters of kittens but she won’t need to worry about that anymore. 
 

she is very sweet and i can pet and hold her and she loves to be loved. . She is a bit reserved still so doesn’t seek me out yet but i expect that to improve with time. She’s had a tough start but is doing very well already with care.

Based on what I see now I’d recommend an adult home or one with older kids. She’s ok with other cats but doesn’t like females  in her face (currently her 1 year old daughter is with us and she annoys her mom ) so I recommend her as an only cat or with another more independent kitty, preferably a male. She does like watching the baby foster kittens run and play and I think she’d be fine with a young kitten as well. 
 

she likes a snuggly warm bed and to cuddle in my lap. She is very sweet and would  be great with someone who is home a  lot and will pet and cuddle her. 

Adoptions are at the Petco in Fairfield, 1370 Holiday Lane, on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and adoptions twice a month at the Petco in Novato.

Because all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats come to adoptions every weekend. If you are interested in a specific kitty, please contact us to make sure he/she will available for you to meet at catinfo@catalesrescue.org
