Pear is a sweet and gentle kitten, albeit a tad timid at first.  She would thrive in a quiet home with a family that understands she needs lots of love to help her relax so she can grow into a confident cat.  She would be great with another kitten to play with, but may be overwhelmed by small children. She is definitely still a kitten, and loves to run and chase the laser light.  She bats around her ping pong balls and can even pick them up!  She is so much fun to watch!  She purrs when pet, but doesn't love to be held for a long time, although she may grow into that.  If you play with her on her level, like while lying on the floor, she will crawl over and around you.  I think given the opportunity, she would cuddle next to you on the couch during TV time too.  She loves her kitty treats, and is very gentle in taking them from your hands.

Pear has seen and sniffed one of my older cats, and has seen my large dog but not interacted with her.  She shows interest in the dog, but gets puffy if she comes too close...I think eventually Pear would grow accustomed to my dog (whose only interest in her is her leftover food!).  I think given slow introductions, she would be fine with both cats and calm dogs.
