This is Fanta, a very shy kitty who has remarkable climbing abilities despite his problem front paw. He can be very vocal, especially in the evenings, when he visits every window and door, presumably asking to go out.
He will tolerate a little petting at a short distance but is not a lap cat.
He plays in a subdued way with his friend, Che.
He was rescued from a shelter at 16 weeks at intake. He has an injured front paw (may need amputation. Neuter will be done at the same time). More about FantaGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids, Good with Adults, Quiet, Timid, Skittish Adoptions are at the Petco in Fairfield, 1370 Holiday Lane, on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and adoptions twice a month at the Petco in Novato. Because all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats come to adoptions every weekend.
